You can make a change to the products in your order* within 30 days from the
the date of receipt of your order, through the e-shop or through the stores.

In case you want to change products in your order, you will
follow these steps :

BHMA 1

You will place a new order through our eshop www.artideas-shop.gr.
You will select the products of your choice and add them to your basket.
You will choose cash on delivery or bank deposit as payment method if you wish to add additional products to your order. Any cash on delivery or shipping costs will be deducted at the end by us when we invoice your order.
Great attention: in the “comments on the order” field you will note that “I AM AFFECTING CHANGE”. This way we will know that the order is for a change.

BHMA 2

You will visit an ELTA Courier agency and, at our expense if it is the first change, you will return the parcel you do not want. When we receive the parcel back and it passes the necessary quality control we will immediately send you your new order. Returns of products with charge of artideas-shop.gr:

Return of products at the charge of artideas-shop.gr can be made in all cases in which the order is executed incorrectly, i.e. in case of delivery of an item other than the one ordered by type or quantity and in case the item has damaged packaging during delivery, completely or for the most part or in case it is found that the item is defective. In this case, the customer must either not accept the receipt of the product from the beginning, or request its return, after consultation with artideas-shop.gr. The products must be returned in the condition received by the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt. If they are not returned within the 15-day period, or any other date agreed in writing with the company, then the Online Shop is entitled to refuse the return and therefore refuse the replacement. In all cases, the return of the product to be replaced should be made with all the documents that accompanied the product (e.g., DATA, Retailer’s receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging. The return of the products at artideas-shop.gr’s charge will be made by courier, and not at one of the stores that artideas-shop.gr maintains (11 Ermou Street, Old Town, Rhodes, Greece). In case of return of the products, and provided that the products have been previously received and checked by artideas-shop.gr, the refund to the customer will be made by cancelling the credit card charge, which will be made by artideas-shop.gr, or by deposit in the customer’s bank account. In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the E-shop has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products and to proceed unilaterally and without further notice to a total or partial set-off of its claim.

The prices listed in the online store include 24% VAT and do not include shipping costs.

If a product is considered defective upon delivery, the return of this will be charged to artideas-shop.gr. In this case, the return of the defective product can be made by sending it with the company ELTA courier, charged to artideas-shop.gr
with the costs of receipt and upon agreement of the customer with the staff of the Online Shop artideas-shop.gr.

The return of the products, which are considered defective upon delivery to the customer, will be made within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery to the customer.

At the same time, the product should not be damaged and should have all the original documents that accompanied the product (e.g. D.A.T., retailer’s receipt, etc.) and its complete packaging.

In case of return of the products and provided that they have been previously received and checked by artideas-shop.gr, the refund to the customer, will be made in case of payment by credit card, by cancelling the credit card charge of the customer, which will be done with the care of artideas-shop.gr and in the case of payment by cash, if the customer had chosen the option “pick up from the store”, it will be done by returning the money to him from the store where he made the purchase. If the customer has purchased a product that has been considered defective upon delivery and has the right to return it at the expense of artideas-shop.gr, as specified above, then he/she may return to artideas-shop.gr, and the additional products of this type.
